Concerning Shipment by Meditation Art:

  • The shipment of goods is done via the postal service.
  • We do not guarantee shipping time. It may vary depending on different causes.
  • Transport costs vary depending on the volume or weight of the product.

    • Complaints

    Even with careful controls some defects can happen that; you can send an e-mail to shantidev@ananda.it, or call 0039 335-615-2168 and we will immediately fix the problem.

    Returns

    Within 14 days, the consumer can cancel his/her order and return the good without giving any reason and without payment of any penalty.

    Returns must be sent to:

    Oliver Graf, Montemezzo 7, 06029 Valfabbrica (PG) and advance by phone at 0039 335-615-2168. The costs of returns are always paid by the customer, freight collect returns will not be accepted and the goods will be returned to you.
