Here are some answers to our frequently-asked questions.

Is there a way to not see the electrical wire attached to the light sculptures?

The standard Light Sculptures we sell need to be plugged in to an electrical outlet and transformed to a maximum of 12 volts. On special demand we can attach the transformer either behind or inside of the light sculpture’s wooden case in such a way as to render it invisible. Like this, the lamp will need to be attached directly to an electrical outlet on the wall. No extra cost will be charged for this service but the installation at the lamp’s final destination will need to be done by an electrician.

If this method is not possible we suggest to hide the wire in “wire tracks” which are available in any hardware shop.

Can the intensity of the light be modified?

Yes, it can be, turning the switch on the transformer-plug to either 12V, 9V or 7.5 V. The light intensity will go down accordingly.

If I prefer to purchase a light sculpture in another color how can I communicate my request?

The best way would be to let us know the Pantone color: e-mail us at shantidev@ananda.it. There is no extra charge for this service.

Can I acquire the light sculptures in different sizes than displayed in this shop and what would be the price?

Yes, this can be done. The diameter of the sculptures can be as large as 1 meter, and as small as around 30cm. We will communicate the price to you directly, according to which light sculpture and size you choose.
